These Turkey/Ham Club Wraps are ideal when the temperatures rise and spending time in the kitchen becomes undesirable. In all honesty, any reason is valid to prepare them. They are incredibly delicious and offer plenty of choices to cater to individual preferences. 

Key to making great wraps!

  • Use a fresh, quality tortilla that won’t break or crack when rolling.
  • For extra flavour, consider adding herbs and/or spices such as garlic powder, onion powder or Italian seasoning to your mayonnaise mixture before spreading it on your tortillas. Taste it and add a little as you go.
  • Chop vegetables into small pieces so they distribute throughout wrap and roll up easily.
  • Cook bacon ahead of time or use store bought to save time.
  • Secure each wrap with toothpicks to keep everything inside if necessary.

FAQS & TIPS

Make Ahead: In order to save time, prepare the wraps by combining all the ingredients and wrapping them individually in parchment paper followed by aluminum foil. Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge until they are required.

What to do with leftovers?

Freezer: You can freeze them if wrapped tightly with plastic wrap and placed inside a resealable freezer bag with as much air removed as possible. They will last for up to a month but honestly fresh is definitely better.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. ranch seasoning
  • 8 10″ flour tortillas
  • 8 oz. sliced American or cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. deli-sliced baked ham
  • 1 lb. deli-sliced turkey breast
  • 16 butter lettuce leaves

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and ranch seasoning.
  • On a clean surface, lay tortillas flat. Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture.
  • Place 2 to 3 slices cheese on bottom two-thirds of each tortilla.
  • Top cheese with ham and turkey.
  • Top meat with 2 to 3 lettuce leaves and tightly roll up.
  • To serve right away, slice into 1″ rounds and arrange on a platter. To make ahead, place seam side down on a baking sheet and refrigerate up to 6 hours. Slice when ready to serve.
