Ingredients

  • 12 ounces dried pasta cooked to package instructions
  • 3 cans 425 g of Tuna, drained
  • 1 cup of Mayonnaise
  • 2 stalks of celery diced
  • 1/4 cup of Dill Pickles diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion minced
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 3 tbsp Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dill chopped
  • 1 Lemon

Instructions

  • Boil pasta to package instructions.
  • Drain pasta, rinse with cold water to shock the pasta. Once cold, drain the pasta, transfer to a large bowl.
  • In the bowl with the pasta, add tuna, mayonnaise, celery, pickles, red onion, mustard, parsley, salt, pepper and/or optional dill.
  • Slice lemon in half. Squeeze one lemon half juice over ingredients in bowl.
  • Gently stir everything together.
  • Thinly slice other half of lemon.
  • Refrigerate Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with lemon slices.
